In this audio class, Cynthia will talk with the children about times when it would be helpful to have the support of a wise friend. Cynthia will then lead the children in a guided meditation to connect with a wise friend who loves them and can help them solve problems and make clear choices.

Children can be very sensitive to their environment. In this audio class, Cynthia will talk with the children about their “special place” inside of them, and she will lead them in a guided meditation to connect with and create their “special place,” so that they always have a peaceful place to go to that feels just right, no matter what.
